In 2024, the Rostock Port Authority counted 148 calls by 38 cruise ships. In 2025, the AIDAdiva and AIDAmar alone will complete Rostock AIDA Cruises, the shipping company located in the Warnow estuary, is planning 68 cruise calls. Seven cruise ships are calling at the cruise port located in the Warnow estuary for the first time. They are: Viking Vela (May 12), Sea Dream II of the Sea Dream Yacht Club (June 3), Carnival Miracle (June 12), Oceania Vista (July 3), Viking Saturn (July 8), Ilma of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection (August 4), and Le Laperouse of Ponant (August 21).

The 2025 cruise season is expected to end on December 17 with the arrival of the Amadea, operated by the Bonn-based Phoenix Reisen shipping company. To celebrate the double call of the AIDAdiva and the AIDAmar, the Rostock & Warnemünde Tourism Office, with the support of ROSTOCK PORT, is hosting a two-day port party at the passenger quay on April 26 and 27.
