  1. Azamara Club Cruises emphasize that the regulations listed below are intended to protect the health of passengers and crew. They are based on the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (US CDC), the World Health Authority (WHO) and other authorities worldwide. The measures will apply to all ships of the Royal Caribbean Group within the next 30 days, thus also for Azamara ships.

Regardless of their nationality, the following people are denied access to the Azamara cruise lines:

    • When traveling to, from, and through mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Iran, South Korea and the Italian provinces of Lombardy and Veneto within 15 days of boarding.
    • If you have been in contact with people who have traveled to the aforementioned regions in the 15 days prior to departure. The US CDC defines the contact area with a maximum distance of two meters.
    • If you feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms.

    • traveled to Japan, Thailand and all regions of Italy except Lombardy and Veneto within the last 15 days;
    • Are unsure whether you have had contact with anyone who has traveled to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Iran, South Korea, Japan, Thailand and Italy in the last 15 days.
  1. Guests who show a fever and a below-average oxygen content in the blood during the examinations are also denied access to the ships.

All guests who are denied boarding because of the displayed critical health characteristics will receive full reimbursement of their expenses.
