July 3, 2025 – The cruise ship MS Hamburg will embark on a unique journey through Western Europe in October of this year: Fascinating destinations include the passage under the Tower Bridge and the trip on the Seine and Elbe.
In October 2025, Germany's smallest ocean-going cruise ship, the 144-meter-long and 22-meter-wide MS Hamburg, will set sail on an extraordinary voyage on three European rivers. The classic ship, which entered service in October 1996, offers a maximum of 400 passengers on board an extraordinary itinerary and unforgettable cruising experiences.

The starting and finishing port of the 11-day cruise is Hamburg. Shortly after departure, guests experience an impressive Elbe crossing, beginning at the Elbphilharmonie – the prelude to a route full of architectural and maritime highlights.
The absolute highlights of the trip are the passage under London's Tower Bridge and then the pier located diagonally opposite the Tower of London in the heart of London.
The journey then continues across the English Channel to the Seine, where the MS Hamburg, as an ocean-going vessel, enters waters otherwise reserved only for river cruises due to the river's many loops. The journey ends in the historic Rouen, a picture-perfect town where you moor overnight.
Other stops on this special tour are Antwerp, known for diamonds and Art Nouveau, the modern Rotterdam with its avant-garde architecture and Harlingen, a Frisian pearl on the Wadden Sea.
The journey ends after returning via the Elbe at the new Hamburg cruise terminal – and proves once again why the MS Hamburg stands for creative routing and special port experiences.
