Karl WP Beyer Aug 10, 2022 - The Stuttgart-based cruise expert nicko cruises Schiffsreisen GmbH will have its ocean-going ship Vasco da Gama circumnavigate the world between October 2023 and April 2024. A “big” and a “small” world trip as well as individual stages and routes can be booked.
The maximum accommodating 1.200 passengers VASCO DA GAMA completed the tour in 183 days. The highly attractive cruise ship visits five continents and 40 countries. The ship flies the flag in 90 ports. Exciting individual destinations are the Moroccan one Marrakech, the Namib Desert, Mauritius, Réunion, the Taj Mahal, the Temples of Angkor, the Great Barrier Reef, Tasmania, Bora Bora or the Panama Canal. Port of departure and destination is Portugal's capital Lisbon.

The 183-day "big" world tour comprises four stages. The stages consist of a total of ten routes of different lengths. Each stage or route can be booked individually. Combinations of the individual stages and routes are possible. The "little" trip around the world lasts 112 days. The journey begins in Singapore and ends in Lisbon.

Until October 31.10.2022, nicko cruises will lure interested parties with a 10 percent ultra-early bird discount per person. Solo travelers are welcome. They will be offered a record-breaking single-occupancy surcharge of 15 percent. The ultra early bird discount also applies to singles.
