Oceania ships will be heading to the Caribbean and Tahiti in 2024/25


August 4, 2023 - In 2024/25, Oceania Cruises will offer more than 100 voyages to lesser-known destinations in the Caribbean and Tahiti. The shipping company promises its guests over 60 ports and carefully prepared routes. The journeys last between seven and 16 days.

Caribbean highlights

Select destinations from the variety of Caribbean offers are Cartagena de Indias, the Panama Canal, the islands of St. Lucia and St. Barts.

Cartagena de Indias

The Colombian metropolis and UNESCO World Heritage city of Cartagena de Indias is one of the most beautiful cities in South America. The lively, historic old town, the massive ramparts and the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas invite you to visit. The nearby Islas del Rosario and Isla de Barú offer white sandy beaches and coral reefs.

Panama Canal and Gatun Lake

St. Lucia Island

Castries, the capital of St. Lucia is a well-known Caribbean destination. The island offers lush vegetation, the historic La Toc Battery Fort, banana plantations or the two uniquely beautiful Piton Mountains near Soufrière.

On the island of Nuku Hiva—one of the most remote islands in French Polynesia—passengers visit the mesmerizing Vaipo Falls and Cascade Tevaipo. The latter is one of the highest waterfalls in the world at over 335 meters. Or they travel to the black sand beaches and XNUMXxXNUMX tours around the rugged island.

On Tahiti's sister island, Moorea, visitors enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Let nature enchant you with a canoe trip through the crystal-clear lagoon, snorkeling in the reefs or hiking to the Afareaitu waterfalls.
