June 22nd, 2022 – Phoenix Reisen, the Bonn-based operator of river and ocean voyages, invites you to three ocean cruises with musical entertainment. Music-loving guests meet on two ships with Roberto Blanco and Peter Kraus, two veterans of the German Schlager scene. The Swinging Funfares, a big band whose origins go back more than 70 years, perform on the MS Amera.
The cruise company is planning three cruises with musical support. In addition to the usual on-board entertainment, guests on the MS Artania, the MS Amera and the MS Amadea can look forward to special musical events.
On the largest ship in the fleet, the MS Artania, fans will meet the old master Roberto Blanco and the pop singer Laura Wilde during a three-day taster cruise around Denmark in July. Shore leave is in Skagen and on Heligoland, Germany's only offshore island.

Founded more than 70 years ago in Düsseldorf, the former fanfare corps has evolved into a big band. The repertoire ranges from swing to pop and carnival hits to in-house productions.
