Karl WP Beyer July 21, 2023 - Peu à peu, TUI Cruises is launching innovations for the design of Mein Schiff 8. The latest information relates to the suite area of the new building. There will be five suite categories on Mein Schiff 8 in the future. All suites are concentrated in the stern area. Two special restaurants are reserved for "noble guests" and the sun deck for suite guests will be enlarged.
One after the other: five suite categories are provided on the aft ship for discerning guests. These are small junior suites with around 25 square meters, suites with a beautiful view and two suite categories with a separate bedroom for up to four people. They have poetic names such as wanderlust suites (38 square meters) and vision suites (45 square meters). The two Great Freedom Suites are new to the program. These staterooms are 88 square meters and span two decks. The Great Freedom Suites can accommodate up to six people. They have large windows, a veranda on each deck, two bedrooms, an infrared sauna and other amenities.

Suites guests are spoiled for choice between two dedicated restaurants. One will have a beach club theme and will have indoor and outdoor areas. The second is placed on a higher deck and offers particularly good views at any time of the day. Both restaurants are open from breakfast to dinner.
The new suite sun deck connects to the upper of the two dining temples. With inviting daybeds, a whirlpool and water features, it provides refreshments in between. An adjoining bar with a comprehensive range of drinks (champagne included) spoils the discerning suite guests. One thing is already certain: the suite guests will lack for nothing.
