December 07th, 2021 - The completely modernized ship from Celebrity Cruises will also offer new routes to Greenland and Iceland in 2023.
The shipping company Celebrity Cruises has completely renewed its routes for the Celebrity Summit released for the 2023 season. More cruises are being offered along the American and Canadian east coasts as well as to Bermuda. There are also new tours to Greenland and Iceland.

From New York to Bermuda
Between May and July 2023 the Celebrity Summit will be from / to New York City take eight to eleven day cruises along America's east coast, including calling at Charleston in South Carolina and visiting Bermuda for several days. The British overseas territory in the middle of the Atlantic - it is around 1.250 kilometers southeast of New York - scores with its pink beaches, many islands, fascinating landscapes, a rich history and extremely warm residents. Bermuda is surrounded by coral reefs - ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. The Celebrity Summit is the only ship from Celebrity Cruises, which has Bermuda as its destination.
Other stops include Newport, Rhode Island, and, for the first time in nearly two decades, Martha's Vineyard, a 230 square kilometer island off the south coast of Cape Cod in the US state of Massachusetts. It can only be reached by plane and boat and offers long beaches and impressive stretches of coast as well as idyllic towns and lighthouses.
All cruises are available from / to New York City. The ship lays on the renovated Cape Liberty Cruise Port in New Jersey.
Greenland and Iceland
After her Bermuda tours, the Celebrity Summit will go on two 2023-day cruises from New York City (Cape Liberty) and Reykjavik to Iceland and Greenland. Halifax in Nova Scotia and St. John's in Newfoundland, Canada are also part of the route.
In Greenland, the port of Qaqortoq is called - the city is located in the southwest of the autonomous territory of Denmark. A trip through Prins Christian Sund is also on the program, one of the highlights of every Greenland cruise. The sound is narrow, in some places only a few hundred meters wide. High peaks and calving glaciers can be admired on both sides.
One of several stops in Iceland is in Akureyri. The city is located on Eyjafjördur, a 60 kilometer long fjord in northern Iceland. From here it is only a 30-minute drive to the famous Goðafoss waterfall. Another stop is Ísafjörður, a small community in the middle of the Westfjords of Iceland.
From Boston: Colorful Indian Summer
The Celebrity Summit will be on the way from / to Boston from the end of August to October 2023. Twelve-day cruises will take you to the American Northeast and Eastern Canada. The main highlights are the colorful landscapes during the Indian Summer. In addition, with Rockland, a completely new port in the US state of Maine is on the program. Halifax and Sydney in Nova Scotia are also served. Further north in Quebec, Canada, guests can enjoy the French flair. The Celebrity Summit even stays here for two days. Another stop in Canada is in Charlottetown, capital of Prince Edward Island.
